Simulator Accelerator key functionality
P - Place robot in GDI rendering mode
Q - Toggle rendering options
R - Reset robot
V - Toggle simulation control
+ - Increase simulation speed by a factor
- - Decrease simulation speed by a factor
(with) Ctrl
A - Toggle AI control
(note with the AI options off, the num keys (num pad) controls the robot)
W - Toggle AI options if any
S - Start/stop simulator
Z - Enable the zoom cursor in GDI rendering mode.
Alt-Z - For the mapping graph toggle center on current position
DirectX Camera modes
Fixed Angle Camera
Camera Angle fixed. w-a-s-d pans the screen. Zoom, zooms in just like GDI
Game3d Camera
The mouse moves around the camera angle when holding down the left mouse button
"W" and "S" move the camera in and out, "A" and "D" strafe the camera left and right
Chase Mode
The mouse (holding the left button down) controls the angle, but it is always centered on the model
"W" and "S" move the camera in and out (always towards the model)
"A" and "D" brings the focus points up and down relative to the robot. You could view the robot 1st person style by "W" all the way up to the front of the robot then holding down "A" for a bit.
