Instructions to run the simulator

Notes:

  1. If you run the 3D version you require 3D hardware acceleration for it to work.
  2. If you have a slow computer it might not work properly
  3. If speeding up the simulation (+ key) to much the simulator will loose its accuracy and fail.

There are two modes, mapping mode and navigation mode.  When starting (ctrl-s), the simulation starts in mapping mode, and will map the first loop.  If you want to see it navigate go to the graph and load the default ascii map.  Then before starting right click on a node in the graph, then give the robot the order (ctrl-w) to navigate there.
